You'll work across engineering, product, and design to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion through rapid iteration. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly independent, product-minded, and comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end. What You'll Do: * Build and ship growth-focused product features using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern web technologies. * Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, feature flags, and other product experiments. * Improve user onboarding, activation funnels, retention, referrals, and conversion rates. * Optimize landing pages and marketing experiences for performance, usability, and conversion. * Own technical SEO initiatives, including on-page SEO, metadata, structured data, site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and page performance. * Instrument analytics and use product data to identify opportunities and measure experiment outcomes. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives. * Build internal tooling that enables faster experimentation and iteration. * Continuously identify friction in the user experience and ship improvements quickly., * Ships meaningful product improvements and experiments every week. * Uses data, not opinions, to prioritize work and measure impact. * Continuously improves acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion metrics. * Acts as an owner, identifying growth opportunities without waiting for detailed requirements. * Balances speed with engineering quality to create systems that enable rapid experimentation. * This role is perfect for engineers who enjoy wearing both engineering and product hats, building polished user experiences while relentlessly optimizing how users discover, adopt, and engage with the product.
