## About the Role

* Mandatory: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
 * Mandatory: ITIL v3/4 Foundation and Microsoft Azure Administrator or M365 Fundamentals certifications.
 * Mandatory: Proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Jabber, and Unigy, plus knowledge of compliance archiving (Verba, AxsOne).
 * Mandatory: Intermediate skills in PowerShell, Python, and a strong understanding of AD/Azure AD.
 * Mandatory: Fluent English.
 * Preferred: Proficiency in Power BI, experience with Dynatrace, and operational French.
 * Preferred: Previous experience as an IT Production or Application Specialist.

## Description

* Execute the full set of UCCM controls and manage the remediation of exceptions via Service-Now.
 * Monitor platform health and verify that all scheduled jobs finish successfully.
 * Validate Exchange, O365, and MIP configurations, including labeling and DLP.
 * Develop and extend PowerShell and Python scripts to automate new asset types.
 * Produce ad-hoc dashboards and reports for IT and Compliance stakeholders.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners and Group teams to evolve central reconciliation tools.
