Skills you will need to excel in this role: + For this role you need to be communicative and have a hunter mentality + Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships is critical for recruiting newpartners and ensuring ongoing engagement and collaboration + BusinessDevelopmentskills: This role requires you to be innovative and
try new approaches. + Strong communication and presentations skills: Clearly articulate Autodesk's value proposition to potentialpartners in calls, meetings, webinars etc. + Resilience: The focus is on outreach activities. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and get multiple 'no's before getting a 'yes'. + Executive presence: You will engage with key decision makers. Minimum qualifications: + 5+ years experience in Sales,partnermanagement, business consulting, or a similar role in the IT Software market. Experience in the Autodesk ecosystem or in a platform company is an advantage. + Understanding of market dynamics in a SaaS and platform business model + Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-levels + Business fluency in English and at least one other European language.
