 * Autonomía, criterio técnico y orientación a negocio, * Experiencia en startups o producto digital
 * Haber trabajado en marketplaces
 * Haber lanzado MVPs en producción
 * Buen nivel de CSS moderno (responsive, flex/grid, diseño cuidado)
 * Sensibilidad por negocio y métricas, * No tenga miedo a lanzar soluciones imperfectas cuando toca
 * Sepa equilibrar velocidad y calidad según el contexto
 * Entienda la deuda técnica como una herramienta estratégica, no como un tabú

## Description

Trabajamos con Sharetribe como backend de marketplace. Tenemos control total del frontend (React), basado en la plantilla de Sharetribe pero con capacidad de personalización y evolución propia, y desarrollamos servicios e integraciones en Node.js., * Ser la persona técnica de referencia de Cocopool

 * Liderar y evolucionar el frontend en React
 * Desarrollar servicios e integraciones en Node.js
 * Integrar Sharetribe con herramientas externas (pagos, CRM, automatizaciones, etc.)
 * Colaborar estrechamente con el responsable de producto para diseñar y lanzar nuevas funcionalidades
 * Crear MVPs rápidos cuando el contexto del negocio lo requiera
 * Asumir deuda técnica de forma consciente y planificar su reducción
 * Automatizar procesos internos para reducir carga operativa
 * Tomar decisiones técnicas alineadas con negocio
 * A medio plazo:
 * Definir arquitectura y buenas prácticas
 * Liderar el crecimiento del equipo técnico
 * Evolucionar al rol de CTO
