Technical Skills * Extensive experience in the design and implementation of enterprise and solution cybersecurity architectures. * Ability to define security requirements, standards, roadmaps, and evolution plans aligned with business needs. * Strong cross-functional knowledge across key cybersecurity domains, including: Cloud Security, IAM and PAM, Data Protection, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Incident Response, Zero Trust, Security by Design. Soft Skills * Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders in complex multinational environments. * Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. * Strategic mindset with a holistic view of enterprise cybersecurity., * Fluent English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken, as English will be the primary working language. * Experience working in large multinational organizations (50,000+ employees). * Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. * Participation in global cybersecurity transformation programs, Cloud Security initiatives, Zero Trust implementations, or DevSecOps programs. * Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and SABSA. * Professional proficiency in German., * University degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline. * Master's degree in Cybersecurity., * CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) * CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) * TOGAF * SABSA (Practitioner, Chartered Architect, or equivalent) * Public cloud security architecture certifications * Leading cybersecurity vendor certifications * Other equivalent cybersecurity and enterprise architecture certifications No specific degree or certification is required.
