The ideal candidate combines deep SharePoint and Office 365 expertise with strong solution design, migration, and integration skills., * Design and architect scalable SharePoint and Office 365 solutions that meet business requirements and governance standards.

 * Develop information architecture, site taxonomy, metadata, and governance policies to improve findability and compliance.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.
 * Integrate SharePoint and Office 365 with other enterprise systems, ensuring secure authentication and authorization flows.
 * Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring to ensure reliability and scalability.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and training materials; mentor development and support teams.
