The ideal candidate will be personable, articulate, and focused on meeting customer needs effectively. This role requires a self-starter who can work with limited supervision and possesses excellent communication skills to interface with customers, understand requirements, and translate them into actionable development tasks. The position is 100% on-site., * A Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A Doctorate in a technical domain may also be considered. * Experience with the full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications. Must have experience establishing goals, meeting project plan objectives, and customer interface experience. Experience with data migration tools and techniques, as well as Agile development, is required. Must be able to write and maintain system documentation. * Expertise is required in Oracle APEX toolset, Oracle Integrated Development Environments (e.g., Quest Toad, Oracle SQL Developer), JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Proficiency with PL/SQL, Java, Windows PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting is necessary. Experience with secure network programming in an Oracle environment and handling unstructured data is also required.
