Desired Qualications: * Active TS/SCI with Poly clearances. * Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management * Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Mathematics. * Strong experience in network administration to include the design, engineering, technical documentation, implementation, troubleshooting, and repair of network systems (routing, switching, firewall and voice instruments). This position also serves as the ISL Virtual Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Team Lead., * Provide technical expertise in the design and development of IT operation environments. * Develop strategy of the client/server system and the design architecture to support strategy. * Research new technology and advise on purchases for the client regarding processing, data storage, data access, and applications development. * Develop strategies for conducting studies to estimate the space, computer hardware, software and connection infrastructure resources required on a short and long-term basis. * Develop models of the computer and computer application environment, identifies, and resolves computer operation systems performance issues.
