## About the Role

nMiller Electric's Commercial Solutions Division is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading and implementing manufacturing and facility improvements across the division, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate across functions, and deliver measurable results that align with business objectives.\n, * Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

 * Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n

 * Demonstrate a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in alignment with divisional objectives.
\n

 * Possess a strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving capability.
\n

 * Understand torque applications and torque design in a manufacturing environment.
\n, * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
\n

 * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross functional teams.
\n

 * 3+ years previous manufacturing engineer experience .
\n

 * Experience with Atlas Copco torque application tools, including pneumatic and electric systems.
\n

 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Power BI experience strongly ), AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks.
