When not on the road, you integrate directly into our Service Desk queue, resolving escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 remote tickets to keep SLAs tight and clients happy. This role is focused on PC deployment, hardware refreshes, endpoint setup, onsite troubleshooting, and small business networking. This is a high autonomy role for someone who thrives on variety: one day you are prepping and deploying a fleet of laptops and cutting over a firewall, the next you are resolving remote tickets and documenting a network closet.
