U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams with PMP and/or PMX/CMX certification highly desired * Preparation and/or presentation of weekly/monthly program reviews, proposal bid reviews, EAC, AOP, Gates, Independent Reviews (IR) and capital planning * In-depth understanding of software development, systems integration, DevSecOps, continuous improvement and testing processes through the full program life cycle * The candidate must be a role model in effective communication with both internal and external Customers at strategic and tactical leadership levels regarding technical issues, program/project status and contractual deliverables * Ensuring that Digital scope is properly executed in accordance with requirements, performance standards, leveraging thought leadership, innovative solutions, and cost savings initiatives ## Description Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Technology (DT) Program Lead in support of the Land and Air Defense Systems. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing leadership and management of Digital needs for the Patriot program in Tewksbury, MA and across multiple distributed sites. This role will require the individual to be based in Tewksbury, MA and cover other locations as needed. This position may require the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
