The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, product management, and cross-team dependency management and a proven ability to lead onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality software products. Time zone is negotiable., * 10+ years of product or project management delivering software products in an Agile SDLC environment, including SAFe and Kanban. * Demonstrated ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Strong technical fluency with web services/APIs, microservices, data stores, integrations, and cloud concepts. * Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Swagger, Postman, and creation of sequence diagrams. * Experience with QA/test strategy, CI/CD, release management, and production support practices. * Ability to define and measure success using KPIs or OKRs and analytics tools such as DataDog, Tableau, or Adobe. * Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to drive alignment across competing priorities. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. * Working knowledge of AI or GenAI in software delivery, including approved tool usage, limitations, and validation approaches. * Experience operating within technology governance frameworks and partnering with Security or Compliance.
