## About the Role

Bachelor's degree required.
5-10 years of experience developing training materials is required.
Understanding of ADDIE model to build effective training materials is required.
Biotech/diagnostics/med device/pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience with creating and modifying content in Adobe InDesign is required.

Preferred (Optional)

 * Experience with document control systems preferred (Veeva)
 * Familiarity with tools including Adobe Creative Cloud tools (ie Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop), Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides

## Description

* Creates & Maintains technical training documentation (training slides, quick reference materials, textbooks, operator notebooks, training guides, etc.) for customer and support training.
 * Documents are both internal/external facing and digital/print for consumer method.
 * Integrates various sources of information into a uniform style and language for regulatory compliance.
 * Facilitates reviews of all material created for document version control, regulatory approvals, and final sign-off.
 * Maintains periodic review of training materials to ensure compliance and accuracy.
 * Works with trainers and subject matter experts to collaborate on content creation and approval.
 * Acts as a resource for trainers/SMES on document design, layout and learner experience.
 * Works independently and maintains a multi-project workload tracked through an intake system to help with prioritization and project status.
