* Experience in developing enterprise web applications.
 * Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, Oracle, and Stored Procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience migrating Java or Windows Forms applications to Blazor.
 * Knowledge of responsive web design and WCAG accessibility standards.
 * Experience with Visual Studio, .NET Core/.NET 9, DevExpress, and mobile application development.
 * Previous experience supporting state agency applications is a plus.
