* 5+ years of experience developing and debugging mainframe applications
 * 5+ years of COBOL development experience
 * Strong experience with CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, MQ, JCL
 * Experience with Endeavor Software Manager
 * Familiarity with DB2 utilities, File-AID, job schedulers, and debugging tools
 * Knowledge of secure file transfer processes (SFTP/AWX)
 * Understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing preferred
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

 * CICS systems administration knowledge
 * Experience with Java and front-end technologies such as Angular

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support mainframe applications while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions from development through production., * Develop, enhance, test, and debug mainframe applications

 * Perform code analysis, troubleshooting, and production support
 * Collaborate with infrastructure and environment teams to promote code across development, testing, and production environments
 * Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions
 * Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution
