## About the Role

Education/Experience Required: 5 years of experience in Consumer grade web experience, * 5 years of experience in Consumer grade web experience

 * Experience with front end frameworks preferred
 * Experience with CMS preferred

Design:

 * Proficient with Figma, creating and scaling design systems
 * Experience with emerging AI design tooling and workflows
 * Motion design & animation
 * Strong visual & interaction sensibility
 * Data viz design
 * 5+ years hybrid design/frontend experience working on B2C products

Engineering:

 * HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or modern frontend framework)
 * Familiarity with headless CMS platforms
 * D3.js, Recharts, or similar (data viz)
 * Component-based architecture
 * WCAG accessibility standards
 * Design tokens & design system tooling
 * Storybook or similar component documentation

## Description

* We're looking for someone who works at the intersection of design and engineering to shape how our digital experiences are built. In this role you'll own significant aspects of our customer-facing platforms and raise the bar for execution. This is not a handoff role, we're looking for someone who cares deeply about the gap between what gets designed and what ships, and can close it.
 * You'll work as a peer to designers, engineers, and content teams, translating experience vision into polished interfaces.
 * Design and build high-quality experiences with a systems approach.
 * Contribute to and evolve the design system: developing reusable components and documentation.
 * Translate experience specifications, content and creative direction into polished UI and working code.
 * Work with Figma or emerging AI design tooling to design, spec, and prototype.
 * Integrate and manage content through Sitecore (headless CMS), supporting real-world publishing needs.
 * Participate in design critiques.
 * Partner with engineers on implementation.
 * Design and build high-quality experiences with a systems approach.
 * Contribute to and evolve the design system: developing reusable components and documentation.
 * Translate experience specifications, content and creative direction into polished UI and working code.
 * Work with Figma or emerging AI design tooling to design, spec, and prototype.
 * Integrate and manage content through Sitecore (headless CMS), supporting real-world publishing needs.
 * Participate in design critiques.
 * Partner with engineers on implementation.
 * Working within brand guidelines and scalable outcomes
