## About the Role

A University or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience working in a similar engineering role.
Strong analytical and problem?solving capabilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
The ability to thrive and collaborate effectively in a cross?functional, multinational, and diverse environment.
A continuous improvement mindset, driven by goals, customer orientation, and team leadership.
Excellent communication and integration skills (written and oral) to navigate international and multi?technology environments.
Fluency in Spanish and a mandatory B2 level (or equivalent) in English.
Willingness to travel internationally when required (approximately 20% of your time).

Experience with requirements management and systems engineering tools (like DOORS, Reqtify, or similar).
Knowledge of applying RAMS requirements during project development and familiarity with the CENELEC (or similar) product development lifecycle.
Understanding of railway signalling systems and technology, particularly Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronic Interlocking systems.
Hands?on experience in electrical wiring, assemblies, and cabinet design.
Knowledge of programming languages and environments used for process automation.
