## About the Role

Proven track record in building and launching integration-focused features and products (back-end or developer-facing) in collaboration with (external) partners
Demonstrated ability to understand technical architecture and dependencies / limitations
Ability of being able to understand the security impact of vulnerabilities and design decisions
Product owner skills
Strong ability to manage trade-offs between features, technical debt, performance, and delivery timelines
Adept at simplifying complex system interactions into actionable backlog items with well-defined priorities and acceptance criteria
Skilled at facilitating cross-functional discussions to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into technically feasible solutions
Experience with Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products
Core competencies:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex product challenges
Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
SAFe Knowledge:
Experience working in a SAFe environment, with an understanding of ARTs, PIs, and delivering value through iterative development.
Technical knowledge preferred

You will work with, support and inspire a cross-functional team of developers and quality assurance engineers while actively contributing to the launch of robust, scalable backend systems.
