2-4 years of experience in performance testing, ideally in banking or financial services.
Performance Engineering Expertise
Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, k6).
Experience with frontend monitoring frameworks and developer tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Solid understanding of frontend?oriented development, including:
Performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, caching, CDN, minification)
Backend/API dependencies and their impact on frontend performance
Cloud and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Nice?to?Have
Experience in the banking sector or secure, regulated environments.
Exposure to synthetic monitoring and observability solutions (New Relic, AppDynamics, Elastic APM).
Knowledge of accessibility, security, and compliance standards in frontend applications.
