## About the Role

We would like you to bring: Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or comparable business application platforms.
Strong experience in application or platform management, ideally in a senior or ownership role.
Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform; experience with Business Central is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
Pronounced ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for a business?critical platform.
Strong hands?on mentality and technical affinity, with the ability to independently configure and customize applications.
Experience with low?code/no?code development and platform integration is an advantage.
Courage to explore new approaches, quickly validate ideas and continuously improve solutions.
Structured, independent and solution?oriented working style.
Very good English skills; German is considered an advantage.
