* Einrichtung von IT-Endgeräten und Remote-Arbeitsplätzen, Einbindung in die Domain, Aufsetzen von Betriebshandys
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Rollen und Zugriffsberechtigungen
 * Analyse, Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Erste Anlaufstelle für alle IT-relevanten Fragestellungen im Haus (1st- und teilweise 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Tools zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer IT-Infrastruktur mit Blick auf Digitalisierungspotenziale und Effizienzgewinne
 * Koordination und aktive Mitgestaltung von IT-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern - von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Umsetzung
