## About the Role

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or arelated field.
Experience in IT infrastructure operations, end-user support, workplace services or regional ITadministration within an international business environment.
Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networks, servers, cloudplatforms (such as AWS or Azure), Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
Familiarity with IT service management processes and operational support in multi-site or regionalenvironments.
Experience working with local vendors, telecom providers and external IT service partners.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate acrossmulticultural and cross-functional teams.
Fluent English communication skills; additional European language capabilities are a plus.
Knowledge of information security, GDPR and IT compliance standards is preferred.

## Description
