## About the Role

5+ years of experience in Information Security or related fields with a university degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated success in managing Information Security or IT projects within complex global enterprise environments.
Track record in managing functional communities based on excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of European regulatory requirements in the insurance sector, including VAIT, DORA, NIS2.
Agile mindset with practical experience in agile methodologies.
Ability to cope with high workload, and being able to exercise high levels of independence, judgment and initiative.
Expertise in Information Security technologies, architecture, and processes, including information security management systems and relevant industry standards (in particular ISO270xx, COBIT******).
Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP are a plus.
Proficiency in English, German language skills are a plus.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
