## Description

* Hard- & Software im Einsatz: Du stellst unseren Mitarbeitenden die benötigten Hard- und Softwarekomponenten zur Verfügung, installierst diese fachgerecht und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
 * Systeme installieren & konfigurieren: Schritt für Schritt lernst Du, IT-Systeme nach Vorgabe einzurichten, zu konfigurieren und an die Anforderungen unserer User anzupassen.
 * IT-Support & Problemlösungen: Bei technischen Störungen bist Du Ansprechperson im Team, analysierst Fehler mithilfe von Diagnose- und Expertensystemen und behebst diese eigenständig.
 * Projektarbeit & Struktur: Du setzt Methoden der Projektplanung, -durchführung und -kontrolle ein und wirkst aktiv an IT-Projekten mit.
 * Schulungen & Präsentationen: Mit Deiner offenen Art präsentierst Du Anwendungen, unterstützt Beraterinnen und Berater bei IT-Fragen und schulst unsere User im Umgang mit Systemen und Software.
