## About the Role

Genuine interest in AI tools and agents - with practical exposure, even through personal projects or experimentation, and eagerness to develop this further professionally
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role, with some exposure to customer?facing work
Hands?on coding skills: Python, SQL, REST APIs, and comfort with at least one additional language (Shell, Java, Ruby, or similar)
Good communication skills for both technical and non?technical audiences, with fluency in Spanish and English
Understanding of data integration concepts: how data moves between systems, what can go wrong, and how to validate and monitor it
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical and problem?solving skills with a proactive, ownership?oriented approach
Experience with enterprise planning, supply chain, or retail software
Practical experience building or deploying AI agents, LLM?based tools, or data automation pipelines
Additional language skills: French, Italian, or Arabic
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Apache Kafka, or cloud data tooling
Experience in a technical architect, pre?sales engineering, or hybrid technical delivery role where both design and hands?on implementation were expected
