All candidates are encouraged to apply. ## Description The Director, Digital Design is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of best-in-class digital design across artist storefronts, campaigns, and e-commerce experiences. This role sits at the intersection of brand expression, systemized design, and commercial performance, translating creative direction into scalable, high-quality digital output. Reporting into the VP Design & Direction , the Director, Digital Design partners closely with Creative Directors, Motion, and Content Production to ensure design work is cohesive, efficient, and aligned to the overarching creative vision. This role leads teams of designers, sets executional standards, and ensures that every deliverable meets the creative, functional, and commercial expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a design leader who thrives in execution, mentorship, and operational clarity, someone who can balance craft excellence with speed, scale, and consistency.
