## About the Role

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Proven experience in DSP algorithm design for wireless communication systems, ideally within the 5G NR framework.
Strong understanding of digital communications theory, including modulation, channel estimation, equalization, and MIMO processing.
Hands?on experience with MATLAB for algorithm development and simulation.
Proficiency in structured C/C++ coding, with focus on performance, modularity, and hardware?compatibility.
Solid foundation in the 5G PHY and Low?PHY layers, with familiarity in signal chain requirements and standard compliance.
Experience with version control, code documentation, and unit testing frameworks.
NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with High?Level Synthesis (HLS) workflows and constraints for FPGA-based systems.
Prior exposure to radio transceiver architectures and baseband signal processing pipelines.
Experience working in cross?functional teams involving hardware and systems engineers.
Good understanding of system?level trade?offs including latency, throughput, and power constraints.
Excellent problem?solving skills and analytical thinking.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast?paced, innovative environment.
