## About the Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in Laboratory Informatics (e.g., LIMS such as LabWare) or IT Business Analysis / Technical Project Management in regulated environments
Solid understanding of data concepts and analytics, demonstrated through practical experience in data-driven projects (e.g., analysis, modeling, data exploration) or relevant academic background
Experience working in GxP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or similar)
Proven experience in software implementation or digital transformation projects
Strong analytical and problem?solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical and data solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
Availability to travel occasionally, mainly within Europe
