Strong experience in Go for backend or platform development
Hands?on experience with CI/CD tools: Mostly GitHub Actions but also GitLab CI, ArgoCD or similar
Proficiency in building Docker images, understanding best practices for image size, caching layers, and security
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, including manifests, deployments, services, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with container runtime concepts and cloud?native workflows
Good understanding of micro?services architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross?functional engineering team
Clean Architecture and Design Pattern knowledge
Experience with cloud providers
Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
