7+ years of engineering experience
, with a strong track record in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform roles supporting multiple engineering teams
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
, including designing and debugging containerized services at scale
Fluency in Go (Golang) OR Typescript,
you've built tooling, services, or operators that run reliably in production
Proficiency with AWS
and a solid understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or a similar tool
Experience building internal tooling or platforms
used across multiple teams -bonus if you've owned adoption, documentation, or support
A
bias for automation,
you replace playbooks with code and eliminate toil wherever possible
A
product mindset,
you empathize with your users (other developers), gather feedback, and treat internal systems like customer-facing products
Strong written and verbal communication skills, clear documentation and async updates are second nature to you
