## About the Role

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent job-related experiences.
7+ years of Oracle Learning, Absence Management modules and Core HR, global Implementation experience and/or support is required.
A solid knowledge on Fast Formulae, VBS Personalizations for Redwood pages, thorough understanding on data flex and functionally managing the needs of complex integrations is required.
Solid business understanding of human resources and workforce management processes is required.
Hands on experience in configuring and maintaining Security, Approval Workflow Rules, HCM Experience Design Studio and Page composer Personalization setups is a nice to have.
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards about the Cloud.
Experience implementing large-scale ERP solutions in global companies preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Oracle certification(s) is a plus.
