Fluent in English and Spanish. Previous experience in Functional Analysis, Business Analysis or CRM projects. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. Experience creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and functional documentation. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience managing Product Backlogs and project tracking using Jira. Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement. Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Nice to Have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (or equivalent). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Customer Insights.
