## About the Role

Google Workspace Mastery:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Workspace at an enterprise level.
Proficient with the Admin Console and the GAM tool for bulk operations and command?line management.
Device Management (MDM):
Experience deploying hardware at scale.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Miradore is a plus.
Comfortable managing both Windows and macOS fleets.
OS Expertise:
Deep knowledge of both Windows and macOS.
Know where the logs live and how to troubleshoot kernel panics or registry issues.
Atlassian Administration:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Jira and Confluence.
Handle user/group permissions, scheme configurations, and workflow automation.
Automation Mindset:
Proven experience automating tasks using no?code/low?code tools (n8n, Zapier, or Make) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

## Description
