## About the Role

What you bring: University degree (bachelor's or equivalent experience) - field of study flexible (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field).
8-12 years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile delivery roles with proven hands?on experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, preferably Property & Casualty products.
Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence for backlog and delivery management.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
Good level of English (required); other languages (e.g., Spanish or additional European languages) are a plus.
A genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) are considered valuable assets.

## Description
