## About the Role

Proven IT leadership experience in fast-paced, scaling, or startup-like environments, combined with a strong ownership mindset, pragmatism, attention to detail, andwillingness to "roll up your sleeves" and directly engage in technical work when required.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365) and the Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), alongside experience with endpoint/device management and scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls) and a strong grasp of IT security principles and best practices
Experience operating across distributed, multi-location, international environments, backed by excellent communication skills and fluent English.
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), MDM solutions (e.g., Workspace ONE), and VoIP systems (Amazon Connect, Zoom, SBC)
Broader exposure to security domains (network security, IAM, security tooling) and experience supporting engineering or software development teams.
