* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Notebooks, mobilen Geräten und Peripherie
 * Unterstützung bem Aufbau und Betrieb von Netzwerken (Switching, WLAN, Firewalls)
 * Mitarbeiter bei der Administration von Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory / Azure AD
 * Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und Ticketbearbeitung im 1st/2nd-Level-Support
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und Dokumentation
 * Mitarbeiter in IT-Projekten (z.B. Client-Standardisierung, Security-Maßnahmen)
