* Abgeschlossener Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (HTL, FH, Uni oder vergleichbar)
 * Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder IT-Applikationsmanagement
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit POS-Systemen und buchhalterischen Prozessen
 * Kenntnissen in SQL und von Vorteil auch in Programmierung

 * Kommunikativem, kundenorientiertem Auftreten sowie sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen

* Problemfälle eigenständig zu analysieren und nachhaltige Lösungen zu erarbeiten
 * Service Transition von Projekten in den Betrieb zu begleiten und zu verantworten
 * Fachliche Arbeitspakete rund um Geldwirtschaft und POS umzusetzen
 * Änderungen und Korrekturen mit internen Stakeholdern abzustimmen und zu begleiten
