* Proaktives System Management: Du hast die Systemgesundheit (Performance & Health) durch intelligentes Monitoring stets im Blick. Statt nur auf Fehler zu reagieren, agierst du vorausschauend und wandelst technische Herausforderungen (3rd Level) direkt in nachhaltige Verbesserungen um
 * Automatisierung: Du optimierst unsere IT-Prozesse, indem du administrative Standardaufgaben durch Automatisierung und Scripting (z. B. PowerShell) effizienter gestaltest
