 * Organisation von Onboarding, Schulungen und Anwender-Support
 * Überwachung der Plattformnutzung, Performance und Verfügbarkeit
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Effizienz, Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Automatisierung der Plattform
 * Gewährleistung einer verständlichen und verlässlichen technischen Dokumentation
 * Umsetzung der Data Governance und der Data Domain Struktur in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data Architekten
