 * Fundiertes Verständnis von Cloud-Technologien (AWS, Azure), Container-Plattformen (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, Automatisierung, Infrastructure as Code sowie modernen Software- und Plattformarchitekturen
 * Erfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Projekte sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Stakeholdern
 * Erfahrung im Einsatz, der Integration und der technischen Weiterentwicklung von AI-basierten Lösungen sowie AI-gestützten Entwicklungs- und Automatisierungsansätzen im Software- und Plattformumfeld
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von ein bis zwei Teams sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter:innen
 * Förderung von Selbstorganisation, Eigenverantwortung und einer offenen Teamkultur
 * Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten und Kundeninitiativen über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg
 * Beratung und Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern
 * Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen und Services im Bereich Cloud Applications, Container-Technologien und AI
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung der fachlichen, technischen und strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Cloud-, AI- und Engineering-Portfolios
