## About the Role

* Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined with significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc.
 * Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
 * Flexibility and mobility within the program duration.
 * Automation & Robotics, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence or similar disciplines
 * Demonstrating adaptability, mobility, and a proactive mindset throughout the program duration
 * Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit - eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized
 * Showing solid business acumen - thinking strategically and understanding economic dynamics
 * Communicating effectively and showing a strong interest in operational business and cross-cultural collaboration
 * Being fluent in English (minimum C1) and German (minimum B1)
 * Interest in working across Central & Eastern Europe
