## About the Role

* You have 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Technical Test Coordinator.
 * You possess 5+ years of hands-on experience with Relational Databases including SQL Server, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and advanced scripting.
 * You bring 5+ years of experience with API integrations including REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger, and SoapUI.
 * You have 3+ years of professional experience acting as a Product Owner.
 * You possess experience with test automation using Playwright, Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
 * You're well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies within the SDLC.
 * You have experience using test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
 * You possess a Master's degree in Information Technology.
 * You are proactive and capable of coordinating multiple vendors and solution providers.
 * You are fluent in English with at least a B1 level of French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience with Genesys Cloud platform validation and contact center customer journeys.
 * Knowledge of telephony validation including SIP, WebRTC, and STUN/TURN/ICE.
 * Familiarity with performance testing strategies involving Load, Stress, and Scalability testing.
 * Experience with data workflows using XML, JSON, and event-driven systems.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
 * Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and policies while refining functional and non-functional requirements.
 * Design and execute integrated test campaigns including sanity, regression, and user acceptance testing across various environments.
 * Manage database testing and API validation initiatives using advanced scripting and contract validation tools.
 * Drive the test automation strategy by developing scalable frameworks and implementing CI/CD quality gates.
 * Coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to manage the complete defect lifecycle.
