 * 5+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
 * You possess experience in a leading role within an Agile environment.
 * You have a proven track record in leading and coaching a development team.
 * You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience within the education or EdTech sector.
 * Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
 * Experience in the development or creation of data platforms.
 * 3+ years of experience with JSON.
 * Experience with comprehensive technical documentation.

## Description

* Lead the development team and provide technical coaching to junior and medior developers.
 * Execute complex programming tasks including coding, testing, and debugging Java-based applications.
 * Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies within the project team.
 * Develop robust REST APIs and integrate them with modern frontend components.
 * Optimize database performance and maintain data models within a PostgreSQL environment.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions.
