 * You possess demonstrated experience in leading development teams and coaching technical profiles.
 * You have extensive experience in Agile development methodologies and taking a leadership role in that context.
 * You bring proven experience working within the public sector or the waste management industry.
 * You have a strong track record in executing software engineering tasks including coding, testing, and debugging.
 * You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience working within the Flemish Government.
 * Familiarity with Atlassian Tools for project tracking and collaboration.
