 * AI is part of your daily toolkit, not just something you occasionally use.

Startup experience is a plus.

Experience selling to finance teams, CFOs or B2B software buyers is a plus.

## Description

Peaky connects operations, finance and AI into a single system that detects changes as they happen, so companies can act before surprises hit revenue, cash or runway.

Our first go-to-market motions are working.

Customers are buying.

Now we're looking for someone to help us refine, challenge and scale that engine into a predictable growth machine.

Your mission

We're not looking for someone to "do marketing."

We're looking for someone who wants to understand how scaling companies buy, uncover what drives commercial success, and build a repeatable growth engine.

You'll work directly with the founders across product, sales and customer success to refine our go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth.

What you'll do

 * Refine and continuously improve our go-to-market strategy.
 * Design, run and analyse growth experiments across outbound, content, partnerships, events and product-led initiatives.
 * Interview customers and prospects to understand buying behaviour and translate those insights into positioning and messaging.
 * Build scalable acquisition playbooks that can be repeated across markets and customer segments.
 * Improve every stage of the commercial funnel-from first touch to expansion.
 * Work closely with product to improve onboarding, activation and customer adoption.
 * Identify new growth opportunities and validate them quickly.
 * Use AI to automate workflows, analyse results and accelerate experimentation.
 * Help define the commercial playbook that will support Peaky's next stage of growth.
