## About the Role

We are looking for someone who can work independently with both client-side and server-side tag management systems, mainly GTM and sGTM.

 - We need excellent understanding of web browser technologies from a marketing point of view; experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics is a plus.
 - We require mid-to-advanced JavaScript, CSS, and HTML experience.
 - We value previous experience with marketing and/or product analytics tools such as Universal Analytics, GA4, Snowplow, or Adobe Analytics, with a strong understanding of marketing attribution.
 - We need someone who can manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders using clear, simple language.
 - We are looking for a highly structured, organized, and proactive stakeholder manager.
 - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to absorb feedback and collaborate effectively are important.
 - We need someone with good solution design skills and confidence working with ticketing systems.
 - High accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential.

## Description

We will rely on you to maintain and enhance our existing marketing tagging infrastructure through tag management systems for our consumer and recruitment websites globally.

 - You will search for innovative ways to optimize our tagging infrastructure using client-side and server-side solutions while staying fully within privacy guidelines.
 - You will own web tracking and attribution topics from a marketing perspective and keep a constant eye on industry updates.
 - You will support privacy initiatives by adapting to the latest changes from technology vendors such as browsers, ad platforms, and operating systems.
 - You will work as part of a global team and collaborate with product owners, app tracking specialists, data analysts, and marketing measurement specialists to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
 - You will contribute to driving innovation across the performance marketing department.
 - You will manage a broad range of technical and stakeholder-focused tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
