Physical Requirements * Frequent need for oral, written, and auditory communication. * Ability to sit for long periods of time. * Prolonged periods working on a computer. * Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions. * Excellent near vision to see details on a computer screen, including color differentiation. * Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful services environment. * Occasional need for travel. ## Description We're looking for a Program Lead to support the execution and day-to-day leadership of assigned tort programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, process clarity, and cross-functional coordination-and who is ready to grow into a senior leadership role over time. As a Program Lead, you'll help keep programs running smoothly by supporting workflow execution, triaging operational questions, maintaining documentation, monitoring performance, and partnering with Client Operations, Community Outreach, Technology, and Reporting teams. You'll work under the guidance of a Senior Program Lead or Senior Manager while developing the skills, judgment, and ownership required to step into a Senior Program Lead role in the future. This role is both hands-on and developmental. You will own meaningful work, contribute to decision-making, and gain exposure to program leadership, implementation planning, and operational strategy.
