## About the Role

Youll bring extensive operational experience, ideally within complex technology delivery environments, along with strong technical knowledge of network transmission systems such as Ericsson OMS and ABB Fox. Essential to success in this role is proven experience using FNT for network routing and inventory management, with knowledge of Cramer and SIAT (impact analysis tooling) highly desirable. You should have hands-on experience with NMC/NMS environments and a solid understanding of SDH/PDH, MPLS, and DWDM technologies. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
These roles will support the delivery of both business-as-usual (BAU) operations and project activities, including the Optel Gen3 programme, which will require a degree of out-of-hours working. You will conduct root cause analysis for major incidents, contribute to SLA and performance metrics, and participate in a rotational on-call schedule as part of the team.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must hold, or be eligible to successfully obtain and maintain, UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
