Core Engineering: Move past high-level strategy to execute hands-on technology deployment and process improvement work across IGA or Access Management platforms. Requirement Translation: Analyze complex technical and business requirements to ensure real-world implementations match modern identity governance frameworks.Required Skills and ExperienceWe are targeting mid-level to senior specialists with at least 5 years of total IT/Security experience, featuring a minimum of 3 years dedicated solely to the IAM domain. Primary Technology Focus: Hands-on deployment experience with Saviynt or Ping Identity is highly prioritized for this vacancy. Secondary Technologies: Secondary consideration will be given to deep technical experience across SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Azure/Entra ID. Domain Breadth: Strong practical delivery experience in at least one core pillar-Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Access Management-paired with functional exposure to a second.
