You must be comfortable leading cross-functional teams on large global projects and managing business process design and transformation. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure at a group level, with the chance to play a pivotal role in major HR technology change. * UK Wide Locations considered - Flexibility to travel circa 3 days per week * Candidates MUST be eligible for Security Clearance - SC level. UK National - No travel outside of the UK for more than 28 days consecutively Do you have: * Strong expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules? * In-depth knowledge of HR processes and how they interconnect across Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, and other HR domains? * Strong architecture design and leadership skills? * Experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations? (Minimum 3) * Excellent stakeholder engagement / relationship management skills?
